Well there! There are Democrats and those OPPOSED to Taco Don living in every state of the Union.

States where there is a Democratic Party Governor do not matter somehow. Not very thorough thinking here.

I think the "full 9th" is still sane, but Donnie Dipshit buys judges that "stay bought", so...I imagine this panel will vote 2-1 to keep the stay on judge Breyer's initial ruling.

We'll see where it goes from there.

I am unconvinced the courts will "save" us this time.

It's time for a General Strike.

...then Gavin Newsom should deploy the remainder of the National Guard to oversee the NG and military that was deployed by Trump. Or would he not have the authority?
