stumble on the plane stairs, the crotch shot bulge being the catheter from his bad kidney...the man is an 80-year-old wreck.

Put him out to pasture at MAL.

The long, thin streak is probably some of his hair that got twisted around itself. There's tons more of them in that "window" on the back of his hat, above the plastic size adjuster. The brown spots are likely those scaly, benign growths that tend to be common in elderly people.
