In the 90's. Snd have watched it off and on several times.

Love the whole cast. And plot line was always interesting. And I think I had a bit of a crush on Adam.

3. I remember being a fan of that series back in the mid-aughts. Recently noticed the name change, confusing.

I feel like that name change was forced by MI5. LOL. sort of puts the frame in a different light.

I'm still a little bit ticked that Netflix acquiesced to TPB and ended their production of Pine Gap after the first 6 episode season. Left with a sort of twisted cliff hanger left dangling.
Wonder how they will deal with The Diplomat, if we'll get another season or more. It's actually quite entertaining but sort of realistic in a number of respects. I hope it doesn't get shut down like Pine Gap.

Great Britisn but was considered as a racial slur here in the states so it was MI5 here.

So that would put it in the late 90s early 2000s. It could have run a while longer with reruns too. So yeah it could have been in Obamas years.

It was only branded MI5 for American audiences. Always called Spooks elsewhere. I suspected that some American viewers might be expecting a supernatural thingy.
