when Melania went to the hospital for her "kidneys" she came out with bigger breasts, so maybe he thinks the kidneys are located in the chest.
He even created an A.I. song from it. 
Hal has been collecting quotes, just like Lawrence. Trump is a goldmine for blithering stupidity, and Hal does a great job of mocking him over it.
