Two members of the National Guard were worried ICE would grab their mom at immigration hearing so they accompanied her

in uniform

What a deeply heartfelt and yet screwed up situation.

They only care about themselves and their own families. They're more than content to help drag off everyone elses.

See the mass shootings at Ulvade as another general example. Cops went in to save their own kids, but arrested anyone else who did the same - All before deciding to sit back and watch as multiple children were later murdered.

If the only way one can keep such an appointment and return home safely is to be accompanied by two or more paramilitary in uniform, then so be it. If that fat pig denying entry to Rep. Jerry Nadler had been given the added incentive of seeing Jerry accompanied by some military fatigues with unholstered sidearms, he might not have been so smug in his refusal.

... and probably rightly so.

It would be nice to live in a country where all people are free to go about their business freely and without fear.

Our whole immigration system needs renewal, re working, or replacement so we can hire the needed workers, protect the refugees, and create a true "United" States in which are are able to become citizens, residents, or at least have a legal status.

In an Army whose motto is "This We'll Defend!"

How is this defensible?

All three would have ended up arrested. They certainly wouldn't have resorted to violence, or if they had, they would be in all kinds of trouble under the UCMJ.
