of making the impersonation of a police officer a felony (it's a misdemeanor now in this state). Vance Boelter already has a shit-ton of felonies, so it wouldn't make any difference for him, but there are plenty of wannabes and assholes out there who can easily obtain uniforms, badges and cars and use them to commit other crimes. Impersonating a federal officer is already a felony, but the penalty is only a fine or up to three years in prison. It ought to be much more. And it would also help a lot if real ICE officers didn't pretend not to be ICE officers.
