Has anybody noticed the BIGASS flag newly installed right in front of the White House?

Now you can't appreciate the beauty of the White House at night. This dark fabric THING on an extra-tall white pole is wiggling around, dominating the shot, RIGHT IN THE FRONT. You can't miss it, unless of course the wind stops blowing and it hangs there like an extra-large wash rag. It's not even well-lit, so a quick glance will tell you there's some huge piece of dark cloth being blown around, in the way. They couldn't even bother to illuminate it at night? Or did that just not occur to anybody involved?

Looks like somebody's overcompensating...
