for two reasons:
1. He's a Know-Nothing and proud of it, besides which he has dementia, as any reasonable person could tell you.
3. Stephen Miller runs things now, and he hates everybody.

To ISIS, Iran, etc... He didn't need to do that. White evangelicals support him already. This will just inflame jihad and radicalized individual muslims in the ME or elsewhere.
