If it's illegal to terminate a pregnancy in TN, then the FETUS is entitled to Due Process, right? Was SHE entitled to Due Process that ICE didn't give her, in violation of the SC Order?
ICE is as responsible for this baby's death as if she were hit by a drunk driver. If she had been, that drunk would likley spend most of the rest if his life behind TN bars.

A social worker called the father to ask him that--right after he found out the baby had died.

One woman was charged after she miscarried after she was shot - allegedly she started the altercation that lead to her being shot. A more recent case, a man drugged his girlfriend with abortion meds without her knowledge to get rid of the pregnancy. He was charged for what he did to the fetus, not what he did to the woman. As if drugging someone against their will is OK.
Following RW logic, shouldn't there be charges in this case?. This wanton disregard and callousness lead to this. Where are the fetus rights folks??
