It's gotten to the point where I think God is the only one who can intervene here. Congress isn't going to stop him. Every time a pundit or the media expresses fears or concerns about Trump either calling off the midterms or monkeying with them, it "gives him ideas," it reinforces things he's probably already thinking about. And what he's looking to do is inflict the maximum damage on the largest number of people.
