(71,104 posts)... and people find out the hard way out here every year. The gov quit guaranteeing insurance, finally stopped replacing or allowing the replacing of houses that get washed out multiple times over the years.

I've gotten several flash flood warnings on my phone.
It doesn't flood here, so I just have to hope the power
doesn't go out.

(3,887 posts)im in pflugerville. my phone has gone off with a warning several times today but other than that we're safe. we've had about 3.5" today and about 6 in the past 3 days.
