Let's face it. If you want the cops and the media to show up it takes a missing white woman or girl. The first thing that struck me about the publicity with these missing children is that the pictures were all light skinned, fair haired girls.

I have friends that have sent their kids to that very camp and not all have been white. We have one friend who just got her child back (thankfully alive) It's an expensive camp - that's true. Not the kid's fault. It's not fundamentalist Christian either - pretty middle of the road and not at all "preachy." I'm getting so fucking sick of people who don't know anything about the details...
