UPDATE: Everybody including the animals are safe. That is all the info they want me to share at this point.
No email. No calls. We have left voice mail. They live near the river that usually looks like a creek.

(9,705 posts)Call the Sheriff to report them missing and request a wellness check.
Same with the Red Cross.
Call local hospitals to see if they've been admitted.
Also try the Coroner's office.
I hope they are evacuated or perhaps at home but without power and phone service.

Its just crushing living on edge, my house is up on a hill, but this town has hills with rivers at the bottom and its a disaster in the burn scar areas. All the mud is washing away the houses below and the racetrack is the lifeblood. Theyve hauled all the horses away again.
