just got an emergency blue alert on my phone

cops are looking for a guy who helped shoot up an ice facility.
150 miles away from me.
even if i saw they guy i wouldnt say a word to the cops.
last year they sent one for a guy who was wanted 400 miles away from me.
i just turned them off on my phone....
