Putin was already supplying arms to rebels in Ukraine when, in 2014, he invaded Ukraine, taking full control of Crimea, Ukraine. How can anybody with a sound mind be surprised by what Putin has been doing for all of these years.. Now, Putin is drafting another 300,000 soldiers.
