Since kerr county has been declared a disaster area, aren't those folks entitled to the $750. Fema check?

I understand no one is going door to door to sign people up but legally, aren’t they still eligible

Policy can be changed easily but not so much the actual law

Fema used to go door to door signing people up for help , that first $750. Was for a hotel room, food, gas money for those affected…

Any bigger help would be down the road
