And now that insurance has been rendered useless by capitalism run amock.

No sick person has the time/patience/skill to navigate this and get reimbursed. We pay massive premiums (often the insurance is far more than what care used to cost), massive deductibles, and once those are passed we then begin the battle to actually receive a claim.

At the time we passed it I was floating on cloud nine, but in retrospect we somehow managed to land in a fucking worse place than when we started.



Bring on single payer!

He was a bureaucrats bureaucrat. Very good at his extremely tedious job.

The dot matrix printer was a nice touch. So were the M. C. Esher and Interstellar visual references.
