The cross examination would likely revictimize the survivors due to the criminal lack of empathy of the other side.

Who would choose to become a public target and have their safety put in jeopardy? After already being raped, now they need to go on national tv to be traumatized all over again?

There is no kind and sensitive way to do this. Virginia Giuffre has already committed suicide.

And also solicitations for Fantasy Isle trips no doubt originated from Epstein's residence and Trump's residence.

So if the NY legislature could identify victims that were contacted directly by Epstein or Trump, that would be a solid basis for legislative investigation. They would have a strong argument that they need to understand what happened because they may need to pass stronger laws.

Maxwell apparently had residences in NYC, MA and NH, but not necessarily at the time she was recruiting prostitutes. NH is under GOP (Guardians of Pedophiles) control, so that's a non-starter, but MA ought to be a possibility.

If any of the victims were from NJ, that would be a good state for action.
