State Senator Micheal Maroney proves himself as a MAGA criminal .In June, Maroney agreed to a plea on an indecent exposure charge as part of a court agreement, which dismissed a previous charge of disorderly conduct.

Maroney was arrested for the third time in less than a year last week after failing to follow bond conditions set at his March 12 hearing.Also Maroney is accused of driving while under the influence and has entered a not guilty plea.This week’s appearance follows a series of legal developments in his case. In April 2025, Magistrate Zachary Allman revoked Maroney’s bond for not complying with conditions and reset it at $1,500 cash only. Allman also ordered Maroney to enroll in an inpatient rehabilitation program. MARSHALL COUNTY, W. Va. (WTRF)
