You definitely need to listen to this.
He speaks of cruelty as currency in the GOP; of belief that Empathy and Morality are weaknesses.
This is the language of belonging in the new GOP. It's the enduring darkness of Trump's MAGA base that will live on past him, and become generational in the GOP.
It is a rot deep in the bones of the GOP that is metastasizing, and will result in some future collapse, but probably cause terrific harm to society and to the nation before it does.
