and one of the drug companies' big wigs was waxing poetic about how one certain drug was "only going to cost you $300 a month when now it costs $500 a month". As if that's going to make middle class or working class people jump with joy. Talk about out of touch with reality.

I am rewatching Michael Moore's "Sicko" documentary and furious about how Canadians have to pay nothing. If other countries can do it and we're supposed to be the richest country in the world, then why in heaven's name are we paying anything for healthcare?
