I've said elsewhere, the trick to mega-plastic surgeries is now apparent: don't do closeups. Plus, that's way too much foundation spread over bad skin.

I saw a 'before' picture of Kristi Noem. She had a perfectly fine face, attractive and human. Why women of a certain age and class opt for this look (aka, Mar-a-Lago face) is something I'll never understand because the plastic surgery does not shield you from aging. Gravity will have its way.

How do you even get that much foundation on one person? Even when I worked at Glamour Shots and used paste theatrical foundation - it covers up flaws super quick, which is why we used it - on our clients we couldn't have gotten that much on one person.
