Leadership is not conveying or acting in a way that the followers want. It is influencing the followers to do what needs to be done, such as a military commander convincing his troops to take a hill.
The following is from a recent Washington Post Ipsos poll:
Is the Republican Party in touch with the concerns of the American people?

not InTouch 61%
Is the Democrat Party in touch?
in touch 30%
not in touch 65%
The party that can connect with the rest of society and convince voters that they are going to make a positive difference in their lives, can become the dominant party. That is what needs to be done.

And if you are a newbie with many many open meetings with voters, the big mo working for him, the corporate dems in DC will do the opposite research and try to kneecap him if they want another old corporate dem. David Hogg, please talk to this subject!!!
