One of Newsom’s points is to shame the creeps- the more of us using his own medicine to gag them the better.

That is my take on it. I observe a few groups where people share what they have created “in kind” - it is part of the humor.

Newsom’s Press Office account reposted Ulrich’s find, adding, “When Trump’s hand-picked hacks at DOJ can’t tell California from North Carolina, you know the lawsuit is about as credible as Trump’s ‘I don’t know Epstein’ line.”

Both chambers of the North Carolina General Assembly approved a new congressional map last month ahead of next year’s midterm elections. It appeared the DOJ meant to say California’s State Assembly, which is the lower house of the California State Legislature.

And if you did know it was fake, please explain why you posted it without making that clear. It's obvious from some of the replies and the number of recs that a lot of DUers assumed it was real and may have posted it elsewhere as something Nrwsom actually posted.
