I do everything he suggests except for yoga. He's right--these practices do alleviate mental stress.

Trump doesn't stress me out, nor does his maladministration. Meditation facilitates intuitive thinking and I have always had a strong feeling they will fail. I don't even believe they will last four years.

I know it has nothing to do with the Post but I just thought I'd point out that they have no qualms, that I've heard of t least, about Oz. It's funny how Trump had Ramiswamy working with DOGE but when he ran for Governor of Ohio young Republicans at a Turning Point rally he attended played the race card on him and said he worshipped Satan.

I bring this up because Vance isn't very popular with MAGA either for similarly racist reasons and he's even less popular with the rest of America. We should be doing our best to point out the association of Vance with Peter Thiel who owns Palantir (which MAGA believes owns a cloud seeding rainmaking company) and financed Vance. Also Vance's investment in AcreTrader, a platform that facilitates buying up U.S. farmland at a time when US farmers are being bankrupted by Trump's tariffs.
