Moron tries to pardon state criminal

He says he’s pardoning Tina peters. Except she’s serving time on state charges which he has no say on…..

imagine if they ok it. then come 2028 when a dem wins the white house he could
1) commute the sentence of everyone on death row
2) pardon everyone convicted of minor drug crimes
and so on......
