The hallmark of fascist leadership

appears to be extreme immaturity. They all seem to be toddlers in adult size bodies. They have virtually no Ego or Superego and are all Id.

It is exhausting to deal with them just as it is exhausting to deal a toddler having a meltdown - but at least with a toddler 1) they are small, 2) they exhaust themselves and eventually fall asleep, 3) you can discipline/educate/ignore them as needed, and 4) most of them eventually grow out of it.
