He's well and truly in the wind.

I'm a big believer in distinctive gaits, but they're putting a lot of faith in the gait. The arms-behind-the-back pose looked posed for specifically that camera. I'm not 100% convinced that a) the belly is real and b) the gait is not a put-on.

All that said, the likelihood is that he used his own jacket known to friends and relatives, his postures and gait are recognizable to friends and relatives, and he drinks too much beer while parroting Mark Levin podcast content about academic elites.

He planned it that well, perhaps he has some acting experience and he was strutting for the cameras ?

What's interesting is that perps nowadays can expect videos of their actions and can plan accordingly

His parents turned him in. Perhaps, this guy doesn't have parents or a roommate. The FBI isn't what it used to be.

Than 55 minutes for any criminal to be found and arrested after any crime. On rare occasions, it will take until the next week for the investigation to complete and the criminal to be apprehended.

And he committed his crime in a densely populated city full of cameras, with fairly clear images of him flooding social media. They could trace him all the way to a bus station, but then nothing.
