Some speeches have their own unique names -- the "Checkers" speech, the "Malaise" speech, the Gettysburg Address ....

what should Trmp's outburst on national TV be remembered as ?

Someone has already offered "Old Man Yells at Country", which seems pretty good to me ( a takeoff on a "Simpsons" headline).

I would also think the "Adderall Speech" would be appropriate.

Other suggestions ? Let them out !
