I'm wondering if there could be any legal challenges to how the board "renamed" (renamed in quotes because if I'm reading everything right the name change isn't official) the center. Since it's a board and not an actual congressional vote maybe there is less she can do but I'm not an expert on this.

Anyone have any thoughts on the legality of everything that happened?
