Ongoing evidence tampering with Epstein files

BREAKING:

At least 16 files disappeared from the Justice Department’s public webpage for documents related to Jeffrey Epstein — including a photograph showing Trump — less than a day after they were posted, with no explanation from the government and no notice to the public.

The White House has been caught.

The administration inserted a photo of Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, and Diana Ross into the Epstein files and falsely implied it showed them with victims.

In reality, it’s a publicly available fundraiser photo featuring Jackson and Ross’s own children.

The more they redact or remove material, the more obvious it is that they're hiding something very bad. If they thought they could make the Epstein problem go away by hiding evidence, they thought wrong. Somebody knows what's in those files; somebody might even leak them like the Pentagon Papers. This sort of chicanery will just keep the matter in the news for as long as it takes to find out what's missing.

Justice matters.

It's very possible that photo was among the photos in Epstein's possession. There were tens of thousands of them and they weren't all taken by Epstein or at one of his properties. There are other publicly available photos among those that they have released alread that were in Epstein's possession.

Now I will agree they released that photo on purpose to try to implicate Clinton in "something".

If they are being dishonest, where will it stop? They could insert any photo of anyone they please, and redact some people in it to make it suspicious.

Will they limit themselves to photos in the Epstein files, but choose only photos of Democrats and redact stuff to make them look suspicious? Maybe. Is there a way to track them so they won't risk adding photos not from the Epstein files? Because if there isn't, they'll be having a field day. All they have to do is convince enough of the people in the bubble.

1. The release of the original documents.
The redacted versions are just copies that have been heavily inked.

2. Someone involved in the redaction process to speak up.
They must have been given a list of 'sensitive' names and info to look for.
Just give us the list they worked from.

Not too much to ask for, surely?

The Watergate cover up was just boy scouts singing songs around the campfire compared to this!

it would take a very brave and selfless person. The punishment won't be what Daniel Ellsberg got. It will be murder, threats to family, or torture in a foreign prison.

We thought was Daniel Ellsberg went through was bad. But he knew he wouldn't get the death penalty and there would be courts determining the sentence, not some guy seeking revenge. That's how far we've come.

and there might be others. I don't think JD Vance is, but he is under the control of Peter Theil, who might be. Then you have people like Rubio who clearly isn't, but is carrying out Trump's sick orders. I never liked Rubio but once upon a time he tried to implement real immigration reform and his party wouldn't let him. Look how far he has fallen.

When the head malignant narcississt is removed, many of the people under his sway will return to normal. Will there be enough malignant narcissists left to keep the insanity going? Or will they all wake up as if from a bad dream and say "what have I done?" Like the kids in Lord of the Flies.

So, we know there's 16. One with Trump, this one with Clinton, et al.

However, if I'm fair about it (which I always try to be, even when I despise people with every fiber of my being), the same logic for why a picture of Clinton, Jackson and Ross should be pulled down could arguably be applied to the pic of Trump as well. The best argument for why the Trump pic should remain is that because, well, Trump is POTUS now, and therefore not a private citizen, and the public has a special interest in knowing past behavior of current POTUS (but not the previous ones).

This is one problem with the 'We Must Release ALL the files/photos!!!" angle I've seen bandied about often, and hence why I've argued against it. Because one person's "appropriate to release" photo is another persons "false accusation" photo.

Anyways, anyone know the nature of the other 14 that were removed?

So, it has a name now. “The Big FU.” Which given the commentary coming from the DoJ and the entire Trumpist establishment prior to the release was to be expected.

Rhetorical questions at this point:

What’s to be done about it? Will the slow cinching of the drip, drip, drip eventually snowball into a collapse? Who picks up the pieces? Is the new emphasis on Trump’s mental state meant to give other Republican co-conspirators cover?
