I would prefer she be elected the next governor of California, but the tech bros are working hard to defeat her.

4. With the Roberts court in power, the AG pick is irrelevant

No AG can force a trial or a conviction of any high profile defendant without the consent of the MAGA majority.

If folks don’t like that reality, then work to elect a Dem senate that will kill the filibuster and expand the court and neutralize the current majority,

Otherwise, we will be stuck with the current majority for at least another decade.

9. The only way to restore democracy and repair the damage of Trump is to kill the filibuster and expanding SCOTUS

This thread is about part of that repair - appointing an AG who will prosecute the crimes of the Trump administration.

But having a Dem president, AG, congress and senate won’t matter if legislation can be blocked by the filibuster, overturned by the current SCOTUS, or if the current SCOTUS can delay, block or dismiss the prosecution of Trump administration crimes, as they did for Trump’s first term.

That is why the filibuster must die, and the court must be expanded, neutralizing the current MAGA majority.

Hopefully you are less confused now.
