EDITING to add that she's now written about this on Substack:

Many have been asking why some brave FBI or DoJ employee doesnt just bite the bullet and release the Epstein Files.
Well, because theyd go to prison. Likely for a very long time. Thats a lot to ask of anyone.

I like to imagine that there are folks at the FBI and DoJ who accidentally on purpose forgot to redact Trumps name, or just inadvertently missed one of the photos they were supposed to withhold. Outright releasing the files would be easy for the government to prove in court. But an erroneous oversight? Youd have to prove intent, and that could be pretty difficult.
Its far-fetched, but given the number of government employees who have reached out to me over the past year, and the exceedingly low morale at the FBI with Kash Patel and Dan Bongino in charge (for now), who knows?

I think even some trump supporters have seen things in the files that stunned them.

and I want to believe there are still some good people out there then they need to come forward.
Justice is not for the faint at heart. Do it for what is right. Do it for the girls and for this country.

slips earlier... It was speculated that somehow Bondi cover up crew made mistakes.
This explanation would be grand.

I wonder if Dan Bongino saw so much that it turns his stomach to stay in the trump administration. He is choosing to leave for some reason.
