On Saturday, I attended the 95th birthday party for a friend and neighbor of my aunt and uncle's.

She is a very sweet and dear lady. At one point, I got into a conversation with another guest and we spoke about how we both love Chicago and he pulled out his phone to show me a picture of Trump Hotel and Tower! I wanted to vomit. Why was he showing me a picture of that? Then he showed me where they had lunch there. Hundreds, if not thousands, of wonderful things to see and do in Chicago and he's most impressed with that? GTFO with that shit.

I remember once when I was in a cab, the driver went past that Trump building and I said "I could've lived my whole life without seeing that monstrosity." I'm sure I made a few disparaging remarks about DJT as well and the cabbie just laughed.

I try not to think about DJT anymore than I have to, but I can't even get away from that asshole at a birthday party or on vacation.

I just wonder how anybody who has lived though his now five years as president still supports him. I guess that Fox News propaganda sure does work on some people.
