Restrictions on the release on the release of Volume II of Jack Smith's report concerning Trump's Espionage Act prosecution will EXPIRE on Feb. 24, 2026.
BUT Judge Cannon will let Trump DOJ try to delay it further and DENIES a First Amendment group's bid to intervene.
