Ice cream flavors to honor 47

I am in the process of downsizing my email in an account and I found a link to a DU post in 2009 that went like this:

Ben & Jerry created "Yes Pecan!" ice cream flavor for Obama.
For George W. they created "_________".

DU in 2009 did not disappoint (this thread is archived)

I know Ben and Jerry probably would not honor 47 -- but we can only imagine. C'mon DU, don't let me down! We need something to laugh at!

I never heard it pronounced any other way except peCAHN and I think it is the state tree of Texas.
