Depending on your browser, this will show the video OR if you click and hold, (or right-click or control-click on a computer) you can download the video to your device. It may say "download linked file"

...and just watch it on your phone or computer, in the browser.

It's a very large file (1.4 gig) so downloading it and then watching it using any basic video viewer will be less laggy, if you are having that problem.

But if you are going to download it onto your phone, make sure you have that much memory available, so your phone doesn't crash.
