I am no lawyer tho.

The contract that Redd probably signed had the name "John F. Kennedy Memorial Center". Then when they changed the name to "The Donald J Trump and John F. Kennedy Memorial Center" they voided the original contract. Hence Redd may be able to sue them rather than the other way around.
