* A man came running up to me, a big strong man with tears in his eyes claiming Trump said: "We will run Venezuela the way Al Capone ran Chicago". I did not hear that exact quote, did you?

Perhaps they will be owned by Trump-backing Investors who get American tax dollars which otherwise could pay for American healthcare.

Of course the Trump cabal will message through Trump that the Venezuelans will be paying a big tax to use for governmental services the Trump cabal provides.
