If our domestic original sin as Americans was slavery...

…it appears our foreign original sin has been oil. The one addiction we can’t seem to quit.

"Alternative energy is too expensive" chant the politicians who get their big bucks from Big Oil and Coal

If we could get Americans educated to all the various ways fossil fuels have been, and are, subsidized, including foreign policies and the big hunk of the military budget goes to enforcing what Big Fossil Fuel wants done, things might change. Alas, teaching actual history is just about illegal now.
