After pursing the vessel for over two weeks across the Atlantic, following a failed boarding last month off the coast of Venezuela by the U.S. Coast Guard; the United States is preparing an operation to board and seize the Guyana-flagged Iranian-linked sanctioned crude oil tanker, Bella 1, which has since changed its name to the Russian-flagged, Marinera, as it approaches Ireland in the Northern Atlantic, two U.S. officials with knowledge of the plans have told CBS News.
