Looks like Trump is attempting to orchestrate the same fate for Newsom as Walz with his new "California investigation"

Trump Says California Under Investigation: ‘More Corrupt Than Minnesota’

Trump called California "more corrupt than Minnesota" under Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom and said his administration has started investigating the state for fraud.

"California, under Governor Gavin Newscum, is more corrupt than Minnesota, if that’s possible??? The Fraud Investigation of California has begun," Trump posted to his Truth Social platform on Tuesday morning.

Newsom, a likely candidate for the 2028 Democratic presidential nomination, has repeatedly clashed with Trump under a political strategy to take the fight to the president and his administration, played out largely on social media.

Trump has seized on the Minnesota fraud scandal, where potentially billions of dollars of taxpayer money was stolen by a network of schemes largely centered in the Somali community under the state's Democratic administration.

Newsom, on the other hand, seems more like a "BRING IT ON" type, and he knows how to trigger Trump. He'll be talking about Epstein. If he NEEDS to go there, he'll talk about Melania and the Mar-a-Lago pool boy. If Trump pokes Newsome, Newsom will poke back harder.

and most of the participants were Somali, although the ringleader was a white woman. Pandemic relief funds allocated to a nonprofit called Feeding Our Future were supposed to go to a meal program for low-income children but almost none did, instead finding their way into the pockets of the people who were supposed to distribute the money. Although the state agency responsible for monitoring the program repeatedly tried to cut off funds, the organization was not shut down until FBI raids and federal indictments in 2022. It was probably the biggest pandemic relief fraud in the US. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feeding_Our_Future This, of course, put a target on the backs of all Somalis in the state and probably elsewhere, and even though governors aren't responsible for auditing the books of state agencies Walz had to take the heat for it. There was a lot of misappropriation of covid relief money everywhere, but if white folks did it, of course it didn't get as much attention. But Newsom can more easily say "bring it on" to Trump because he doesn't have a big fat albatross of an actual fraud scheme like Feeding Our Future hanging around his neck.

needs to be sprung on them.

Someone clean cut, humble and easy for the nation to turn to.

Trying to out-jerk Trump may feel superficially gratifying.

But this doesn't convey an aura of good governance and humanity which the cure to Trumpism must possess.

running for Gov either. I hope now that Walz doesn’t have to worry about reelection he gives hell to Trump for this entire year. And I hope both will continue that fight wherever their next political road leads them.

Im furious about the Trump lies and what he and humus followers have done to Walz and his family but I am hoping it will unleash a stronger resistance. Just please keep him and his family safe.

Not just in "blue" states. But, the GOP is gonna GOP.

And they endanger public safety. For example, the murder of Minnesota Democratic representatives, harassing Walz's family. Sending in the ICE goons to terrorize the people here. Breaking into day cares, wanting to "see" children in day care, that's creepy behavior.

It's all so obvious how these fascists do their rat fu--ing.
Roger Stone, fish in a barrel. Al Franken.

Project Veritas, ACORN, James O'Keefe.

All the young Minnesota white boys (tyler Zed, not his real name) hanging with that traitor Flynn stirring the shit pot.

The Dorr brothers in Iowa. Their burning books and ruining school funding referendums. Running off librarians in Orange City. There was/is? a website tracking their nefarious deeds.

The harassment of Biden's son.

Trump's a convicted felon, FFS. His fake university, didn't he pay some money due his fraud there. He defrauded contractors. He attacked women. He is stealing elections and all our money. Bankruptcy.

It boggles my mind and frightens me that so many people are bamboozled by the fascist party.
