Right now DOJ is not complying with the law congress passed, raising the following questions:

Who would seek an indictment of the DOJ?

By design, The law contains no enforcement mechanism, and no penalty for violations.

It’s possible someone with standing might sue, and if they won, an order could be issued which would then leave those named in the order subject to contempt for noncompliance.

I’m not expecting anything to happen to compel the release of the rest of the files.
