JB Pritzker is headlining a training event "Ready to Run" sponsored by Contest Every Race
In 2024 MAGA and Republican extremists won 1000s of seats by default. Contest Every Race wants to change that and they're sponsoring a training season on January 15. Running a good campaign can inspire people and even if you don't win you may create lifelong connections and lifelong Democratic voters. And you never know, you might win and make a big difference to our country.
Local offices decide what gets taught in schools, how your community keeps people safe, and whether your streets get fixed. Thousands of these races go uncontested every year, and when we don’t run, MAGA extremists win by default.
