these ICE “agents” may have been fired for cause from some police departments and that background checks do matter along with the psychological profile. Not perfect but this ICE shooter could be a Jan 6th rioter for all we know. I imagine they are hiring thugs.

She waved the pickup to go on ahead of her around the vehicle blocking the road on her right. She waited for the pickup to go ahead but the pickup stopped. The ICE thugs got out and jerked on her door to apparently remove her from the vehicle. She decided to drive away to avoid them and BOOM.

What I'm talking about is in the first phrase of the 2nd Amendment: "a well-regulated militia". The state of Minnesota and city of Minneapolis have such militias in the form of local and state police, and even the Minnesota National Guard when it is called to duty under the Governor.

Governor Walz just gave a press conference bringing up the idea of using armed guards to escort school children safely while going to class. This is precisely one example of what I'm talking about. A state has the constitutional right to defend its citizens against Federal invaders who act unconstitutionally.

1. To protect us from foreign invasions if the Federal government can't or won't protect us.
2. To protect us from criminal predators if the Federal government can't or won't protect us.
3. To protect us from a corrupt Federal government that endangers us.

He can only pardon from federal charges... and he can just make sure that such are never filed.
