There are multiple videos that prove this is false. The ICE officer was not in the vehicle's direct path as it drove away so "fearing for his life" doesn't add up. This was a happy trigger moment by a goon who was just itching to kill someone. Make his name and face public and prosecute the hell out of him.

Those were not defensive shots. Looked like the driver's intent was escape. Every time a vehicle moves, it's always TRYING TO KILL ME, TRYING TO RUN OVER ME! Are they trained to make this claim? To use it as an excuse to open fire? I don't know, just wondering.

About a minute AFTER she crashed, he's seen walking away from the rear of her vehicle, phone in his hand and motioning for those screaming to moving along.

About 2 mins AFTER the crash, he's seen in that SILVER vehicle, the one that had that door open, causing her to go around it, and he's a passenger. The vehicle license plate was Minnesota, EVC 289, Chevy Tahoe. The driver couldn't get thru, so they turned around and headed in the direction of the wrecked car. By 2:27 in my copy, he's no longer at the scene.

You can clearly see the shooter step to the side of the vehicle before the first shot is fired. Two more shots fired as the vehicle passes by him.

Also, if he was supposedly injured, he was certainly having no problems walking around after the murder.
