He was angry and wanted revenge for her not stopping. He wanted her to stop and by god he was going to force that woman no matter who he had to shoot.

every video I've seen so far shows no remorse not regret, he very nonchalantly walks away from the scene of the murder, and is whisked away by his fellow ICEholes, hell, they didn't even secure his weapon for evidence.
Nope, IMHO, this was a cold blooded killing.
