Despite the workings of Project 2025, there was no real plan.
"Let's break stuff" is not a plan. It's an impulse that these goons can't control.
The action in Venezuela is no different than anything else they've done. "Let's do this and see what happens."
They think there is a grand plan, but there isn't.

it's why they flounder when subsequently interviewed about their plan - there isn't even the "concept of a plan" with these goons
