The CDC announced this week that COVlD continues to kill more Americans than breast and prostate cancer combined.

COVID bout, ever. I believe that it was an older strain, but considering that I have maintained my PPE vigilance throughout, it is very virulent. Dealing with it has complicated my preparations for the next pulse of the flu season.
Yep. Bout. It has even corrupted my usual battles with these computers putting in whatever word it thinks I meant AFTER THE FACT.

(6,197 posts)It's interesting that this is happening as many companies are mandating 4-5 days of in-office work. In typical corporate fashion, the policy will start as a hard line, and over time it will relax. But until then companies will see a spike in sick time being used.
