The only one stopping an investigation is he himself. The people gave you the power. Have the balls to use it. Order an investigation. If your appointed law enforcement official refuse. FIRE THEIR ASSES and appoint someone who will do the job.

All the AG needs to take to a Grand Jury is videos and witness statements. They speak for themselves. Let them try to take it to federal court.
